Course Enrollment and Fees
Course fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed before enrollment. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions are subject to our sole discretion and may vary by course or promotion.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malicious code or content; (c) interfere with system integrity or security; (d) impersonate others; (e) harvest data or automate access without permission; or (f) violate applicable laws or third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Skills Teacher Pochadt provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the prior six months.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
